Gold Bodyweight Training is a 12 week bodyweight training programme that you can follow with ZERO EQUIPMENT.

 

A three day per week programme which works on areas of fitness such as strength, power and endurance to transform your body shape whilst getting you stronger and fitter all from the comfort of your own home. 

 

The programme contains fitness testing, video demonstrations for each exercise with progressions/regressions and progress tracking to ensure you can easily follow the programme.
